Flamingo Dewata Suite

Thus place is so good I booked again just now. I had the pleasure of staying at Flamingo Dewata. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional care and attention provided by the hotel staff, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The warm and professional front desk staff made my check-in process seamless, setting the tone for a remarkable experience. Flamingo Dewata's commitment to guest satisfaction was evident in the immaculate condition of the property. Every corner, from the stunning lobby to the well-appointed rooms, showcased a meticulous attention to detail. The maintenance team promptly resolved any minor issues I encountered, further enhancing my stay. The personalized care I received at Flamingo Dewata was outstanding. The diligent housekeeping staff maintained my room impeccably, ensuring cleanliness and replenishing fresh linens and amenities. The approachable and friendly staff were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, providing exceptional customer service that made me feel valued and well-cared for. The pool in my villa and on the property was lovely, and the courtyard was super nice and well kept. I will be staying at Flamingo Dewata when I’m in Ulu and recommend it to friends.

There were some minor issues, but it was taken care of as soon as I notified them. Nothing crazy.

We had booked the honeymoon villa and upon arrival we were told there was an error with the booking and that it already had guests in there. We had booked it months in advance. There was no effort made to warn us of this prior to our arrival on the day and once we arrived we had to accept an alternative room they had as that was all that was available in the area. The honeymoon villa was a large two storey villa with a large private pool and the room they offered us was a small single storey villa with a smaller pool. We still had to pay the same price as we were going to pay for the larger villa as apparently the smaller one was somehow more expensive. Upon checking in we found that the lock on the front gate to our villa was broken and anyone from outside could just let themselves in. We reported this to reception twice however no one fixed it throughout the whole duration of us staying there. Also upon arrival we discovered the WIFI and TV both were not working. We called reception and they sent someone to fix the WIFI which was fine however they informed us that the TV would not be able to fixed as they were waiting for a part to be delivered. We absolutely will not stay here ever again and will not recommend this accomodation to anyone.

Very large villas, with 2 floors.

The villas are really run down, lots of brown stains on wall paper and in the bathroom. Rain shower didn’t work and not much water pressure. The TV’s don’t work either. Restaurant too expensive for meals.
