Flamingo Dewata Suite

We had the honeymoon villa and it was perfect! Private pool and spa bath! Breakfast to the villa every morning and cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly! They decorated the pool and spa for my partners birthday (as requested) and did a great job! They put balloons and banners up and got a birthday cake for him. They went above and beyond expectations! If we visit Uluwatu again, we will stay here. Location is good as it is in the middle of all the beaches in Uluwatu!

Facilities and Villa seem old and need an upgrade, staff not always available at front desk when needed. Inclusive breakfast not very good needs better preparation and selection. Rooms seem very empty. Shower head needed to be replaced

I was in royal villa 4 and could not use the water even to shower , the water was a serious issue for us

I booked a standard room, where I had been before. Upon arrival, a man came out with a mouthful of food, showed his hands "wait", we waited for 3-4 minutes, it seemed that he decided to finish eating. Well, let's say. We paid for the accommodation, he took us to the room, but it was not the room I had booked. On my question why so - he said that they raised the level of the room to us, and the room in which we were brought - more expensive (but I was not warned in advance I wanted a standard room), without asking, without warning, I was put before the fact. Very ugly, as the room I was offered in exchange was smaller than the standard one, only one floor. We told the man that we were not satisfied with this room and wanted a standard room - to which he replied that all standard rooms were occupied. If you knew in advance that all standard rooms were occupied, why didn't you warn me about it in advance? Why did you think that a room "which is more expensive" (by the way, more expensive in their case does not mean better) would automatically be better for me?! Wrong policy of the hotel. Later we were given a room "Honey moon" - like for honeymooners - it looks like a standard room, but with its own private pool: the room is old, the furniture is all shabby, the pool was dirty. The impression was spoiled, I will think whether to come back or not, there are plenty of different options in Bali.

Nothing great value for money this is the second time I have stayed here while on Bali
