Moffat Manor Holiday Resort by Away Resorts

Very clean park. Quite new looking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, particularly the young girl working in the tavern who left for 10 minutes to assist another holiday maker with their oven after cooking the food for other guests.

The amount of flies around the loch wjere we liked to walk in the evening, I know this cant be helped but would remember the insect repellant next time we come. Also WiFi on the caravan would have been beneficial to help with planning our days outi

The property was almost new, the location of the property suited us

There was no balcony with outside furniture, which I thought I had booked and paid for

The caravan was so clean and loves the area for walks

There nothing I didn’t like about the caravan and location

Quiet convenient very clean plenty of cooking utensils

No WiFi except at restaurant which was mostly closed. This was not really clear in description nor that telephone reception was also poor so using data also difficult Numbers had worn off the oven dial so no idea of temperature

The location of the park is lovely and the views are lovely. The caravan we stayed in was lovely. Clean and cosy. There is absolutely everything you need in the caravan. Pots, pans, pirex dishes and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The lake was lovely to walk around.

Not a lot to report other than the park is very close to the west coast mainline . Trains pass quite often however we got used to them passing and actually liked watching the freight trains pass. There is no wifi apart from the free WiFi in guest services/shop and the signal for phones etc is none existent but to be fair...it was nice to be off the grid for a few days
