Cabo Serai

It’s a remote eco hotel in the jungle above a beautiful stretch of beach. The individual villas are very spacious and tasteful with long balconies overlooking the jungle where monkeys play. The restaurant area and lounge area are beautiful open to the jungle serving good Indian food. If you want a remote place this is ideal.

The pool area is very tired in need of new tiles and the mis matching parasols broken. The lunch menu is a lot main meals lacking - simple food such as sandwiches although they will make you toast. You are somewhat ‘stuck’ there it’s quite an effort to go out to lunch it’s not close to any other villages.

Cabo Serai exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was attentive and caring, polite and sweet. The extra activities they offered ( like private yoga, nature walks, and private dining) were amazing and felt so special! I cannot recommend this place enough, from the small patches of organic veggies growing in the coconut grove to the playful monkeys in the trees to the views and soundscape - this resort is simply breathtaking. 10/10 would recommend!

Location, nature, and room were really amazing

1. In the bathroom was a dirty bathrobe 2 horrible "fresh" juice it should be called juice water , I really had never taste the worst just 3 extremely small portions of food ! for example, just vegetable soup is not cheap, but they literally bring you three tablespoons of soup , bread also needs to be ordered additionally. Another example regarding the cheese plate, for lunch they brought a type of cheese plate for two where there was only one small slice of cheese, and this one piece of cheese for two, and they call this a cheese plate.... or fruit bows ( all these dishes you can see in the photo) to be honest, I have never seen such extreme savings anywhere , although the room costs 200 euros per night and food there is at least three times more expensive than in other places 4 The main disadvantage is that we were poisoned there; we suddenly became ill on the second day of our stay, right after dinner. We had diarrhea, vomiting, and fever all night, and the worst thing was that I could not take medicine due to pregnancy. Thanks to the manager for giving me the opportunity for a late check-out and bringing diet food to the room, I just couldn’t get out of bed, but I think in such a situation any hotel will help you. We are sure that this happened because we ate something like local sweets that they left in the room as a compliment, because we saw that the cleaning lady put them on with her bare hands and simply stuffed them into a jar, we are sure her hands were just dirty after cleaning the room or hotel area

Cabo Serai is truly a beautiful oasis nestled in the lush jungle, boasting breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea. My experience teaching a yoga retreat for YOASyogaretreats at this extraordinary location exceeded all expectations. The generously-sized, cozy rooms provided a perfect sanctuary, while the yoga spaces offered awe-inspiring panoramas. The food was exceptional, and the attentive, accommodating staff made the entire experience even more memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Cabo Serai!

The views are stunning. The service is very attentive and friendly. Loved my stay!
