Next to Hannover Messe. Small but convenient. Clean room/box with with shelves and a refrigerator.

Room/box is not well sealed, so it is necessary to continuously heat it with an electric heater in the cold months.

Great experience because the fittings, furnishings, facilities, and location are all ideal for a stay centred around an exhibition visit to Messe/Laatzen. The common bathrooms/toilets are very clean, functionally complete, and in enough numbers to never give a feeling of being overcrowded. The place did not have wi-fi of its own, but it is so close to the fair that during the fair's operating hours I could connect to the fair wi-fi from my room.

There is no negative, provided you study the facility well before booking and are clear what you are going to get or not get. The booking.com descriptions are precise and clear and not overstated.

The price was on the high side noise and light pollution - earplugs and for some people a sleeping mask would help it took me 30 mins to find you because your Geo-positioning was wrong
