Huisje was heel comfortabel. Wij kozen steeds voor strand aan zonsopkomst kant. Beviel ons goed.

Super vriendelijke mensen. Ruime plek om te slapen. Leuk zitje voor het hutje. Lekker zwembad. Dichtbij het strand en even weg van het toeristische gedeelte, maar wel vlakbij

Sehr freundliches Personal mit schönem Ambiente! wir haben einen leckeren Willkommens Drink bekommen:) Frühstück ist direkt am Bungalow möglich (wird gebracht). Das Frühstück war (Smoothiebowl und Porridge) sehr gut bis ok (Eier mit Toast). Sauberer Pool und man ist schnell am Strand.

Schnuckelige Anlage. Jedoch war unser erster Bungalow am Eingang und es wurden gerade Bauarbeiten im Nachbargrundstück durchgeführt und es war in der Nacht daher sehr laut aber als wir das dem Mitarbeiter mithalten, hat er sofort alles möglich gemacht und uns in einen anderen Bungalow umgebettet. Dann war der Lärm nicht mehr zu hören. Das war sehr schnell und nett reagiert.

Das Personal ist freundlich & auch hilfsbereit. Man kann vor Ort direkt Fahrräder ausleihen. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut nur ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand zu Fuß und auch bis zu den ganzen Sunset Bars. Laundry vor Ort.

Sauberkeit war so naja - Handtücher waren dreckig und wurden auch nur nach doppelter Nachfrage getauscht. Laundry konnte man abgeben, war aber im Vergleich zu den anderen Kilo Preisen recht teuer. Das Frühstück war sehr wenig und kleine Portionen, außerdem auch nur okey.

Hele fijne accommodatie, rustig gelegen, maar dichtbij het strand, schoon en een heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keus. Ook het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Lucy’s Garden Hotel is located in beautiful surroundings, the huts are spacious and well kept and the beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows! We had originally planned to stay for 3 nights but after my Mum fell and broke her wrist on the first night, then had to be taken to Lombok for surgery, we extended to 5 nights. The staff were amazing - so accommodating and caring. When the accident happened, they took me and my mum to the medical centre and waited with us. Over the next couple of days, they checked in to see how she was doing and me and my sister felt so well looked after. On top of that, the breakfasts were amazing! We hope to return to Gili Air in the future and when we do, we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you again!

The only thing would be the pathway to the hotel from the Main Street, this can be slippy after the rain!

We stayed here for five days, and the hotel is a peaceful and quiet oasis surrounded by greenery, with a fantastic and impeccably clean swimming pool. The room was very charming, cleaned every day, and towels were changed daily upon request. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help with anything, as well as offering excellent advice on snorkeling, bike or scooter rentals, and other useful tips for your holiday. The location is fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. It's also perfectly located within walking distance of the harbor, restaurants, bars, and a lovely massage center. We will miss Lucy's Garden and the beautiful island of Gili Air. ❤️

As I have a gluten intolerance, the breakfast options were unfortunately somewhat limited for me. However, there are plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away where you can enjoy breakfast comfortably and at a very reasonable price. The Wi-Fi is not nearly as bad as some reviews suggest, but if you need it for work, you may experience some issues. Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, and the road leading to the hotel became flooded, making it a bit difficult to get there without getting our feet wet. In the end, though, we were on holiday, and it turned out to be a fun part of the adventure as well. 😊
