"A really nice stay."

It was really close to the heart of Matamata! Our room key was ready for us so we can get in with ease.

The heating was only in the lounge room, we kept the door to the bedroom open to allow for heat to travel in.

Lovely comfy bed, warm with heat pump, sunny and quiet, very clean, nice host

Entrance door latch past its useby date so worn struggled to open door had to get owner to open from outside. Hot tap on sink would not work worn out. Tap on handbasin totally seized up.

"Clean and tidy motel"

A clean and convenient motel. Large comfortable bed. Nice 3 seater recliner settee. Good sized rooms. Older motel but well maintained.
