The staff were super friendly. They answered all the questions i had about the area and tje cruise i was going on. The room smelled and looked clean. No bed bugs or dead bodies.

The parking was weird.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The motel was a good distance to a lot of stuff in Cocoa and the area was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

"Cheap you get what you pay for"

Needed a place to rest night before we left out on a cruise. This was affordable and that’s about it

Half the property appeared to be for long term renters, bus stop at the corner very sketchy neighborhood, abandoned van in parking lot appeared to have been broken into, linens stained (I hope), flying bugs about a dozen dead lying in floor,
