The staff and location are excellent .

I didn’t like the fact we were provided a very run down old , dangerous, inferior bungalow which in no way could be considered “ Delux” , especially considering I booked a deluxe bungalow well in advance . The wooden wonky steps leading up to the veranda were in a very poor dangerous condition. The roof tiles above the steps leading up to the veranda were dislodged and one fell down as we were going up the steps , luckily no one was injured hit on the heard etc. The internal wooden floor boards were cracked and splintered in central thoroughfare ,thus made it Dangerous to walk across. The wooden structure wet area, WC & shower had a big drop down step and was poorly lighted could not see .There was no fly or mosquito netting on the vent window , hence it was full of mosquitos all the time. The uneven floor collected water from run off showering spray and did not drain , completely hence it was and bacterial ridden area in my eyes, which is not exceptable. I questioned why we were given this bungalow considering I had booked well in advance and have stayed at OKA 7 many times in the past as a regular customer. We were eventually shifted to bungalow 3 which was excellent , but never offered a discount for putting up with that atrocious No 6 Bungslow which should be shut down or renovated ASAP If I book in future I expect to be given a decent deluxe villa not especially when I know for a fact two other quality deluxe villas were provided to two single men while we had 3 people staying in that crappy bungalow. Property was close to everything. Was clean and tidy. Staff were very happy and helpful.

There was a few stairs to climb.

Location great and well priced

Staff were excellent, Ketut was an excellent host.
