NLSuper vriendelijke mensen die de guesthouse runnen. Het is er schoon, de kamers waren ruim en heel fijn. Na een dag fietsen of wandelen is er een heerlijke onsen waar je in kunt om te ontspannen. De guesthouse ligt aan het meer en in een leuke omgeving

PLIt was on of the most nicest staying for my life, lady was so hospitable that I wanted to stay more days here. Breakfast was delicious. The view to Fuji from room was incredible.

DEGreat location, a block away from the lake. 10 min walk to the station, close to shops and restaurants. We were able to leave the luggage before our check-in to go and explore the city. The lady at check-in was extremely nice, she gave us a tour and all the instructions. You can use the onsen for free and it's private. The room felt super authentic, like an old traditional japanese washitsu, with the futons, tea table, etc. One window had direct view to the Fuji.
Cleanliness in shared areas, like the lavatory, was not great. Also maintenance of the facilities in general. Looks a bit abandoned. The toilets had a funny smell and, even though it's okay, the onsen is not the nicest/prettiest. It was a bit tricky that sometimes no one was in the lobby. It happened when we arrived with the luggage and when we wanted to do our check in too. They didn't provide kimonos for the onsen and the towels were tiny, you had to use a bunch to get dry haha

It's very very basic. Toilets smell. The whole place is more like a Mom and Pop place. Wonder why I would go here again given the price I paid for the facilities provided. Not worth AT ALL
DESehr liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Einfaches, geräumiges Zimmer im. altjapanischen Stil. Die Futos werden einfach selbst ausgelegt. Tolles hauseigenes Onsen. Sehr authentischer Aufenthalt.
