Nothing, I didn't stay there. Nobody received us neither received the instructions to get in. We needed to get another place to stay.

Quiet and not a lot of people around, great place to relax and close to great food and wineries. They offer ATV rides.

We thought we would like the stay because of it being in Valle De Guadalupe.

This place is a scam. The outside temperature when we arrived was around 103 degrees and inside the tent was incredibly hot and muggy. Moreover, there was a foul smell in the tent. Staying there represented a health hazard to us. We called the owner of the place to explain the situation and that the place was not habitable for the night, but nobody picked up the phone. We could not stay at this property. The following Monday someone finally answered and we were told our money was going to be refunded. We called on Tuesday because we had not received any refund, and the owner answered again and stated he would look into it after 9 am. Again, we didn’t get a refund. On Wednesday the owner told us to contact Booking because we made the Booking through Booking. We then contacted Booking and they in turn tried reaching the owner for 5 calendar days without success. After a week of unsuccessful efforts through Booking and the owner of the place, we were able to contact the owner and he bluntly and sarcastically told us he was not going to refund anything. Additionally, the pictures of the tents pictured in Booking look nothing like the ones on the site- very misleading. However, the health hazard conditions in the tent was truly outrageous. The fact that this business continues to rip off customers like us is a tragedy. I don’t recommend this horrible experience to anyone; stay away from this predatory place.

Pool no longer available. Tents too close to each other and next to a busy road.

Beautiful place has a lake, beds where comfortable and showers were great. Definitely recommend will come back
