Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Room Cleaning is only available from 8.00AM to 3.00 PM only. Starting 1 January 2025, a local government fee of RM1 per room, per night (Caj Warisan) will apply. During major events (LIMA, Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, Oceanman Malaysia), the fee will be RM2 per room, per night. Maximum guests per room are based on bed capacity. Extra adults beyond the allowed number are not permitted. Toothbrush and toothpaste are currently not provided. 'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Chilled out and comfy..."

Pool...water pressure in shower...comfy beds...clean...staff were helpful, polite and accommodating. 300m from main strip...

No internet...maybe only 1 night had internet out of the 5 we were there...airport con drips down on drapes.

"Bon dans l’ensemble, bien situé"

Simplicité et son efficacité. Son emplacement 9min à pied et 4-5 min en grab du centre ( plage, magasin….) - le chemin pour aller à l’hôtel ne paye pas mine, peu faire peur en premier à bord mais l’hôtel est bien agacé à l’intérieur

- l’adresse mise sur booking n’est pas bon. En prenant mon grab ( taxi), j’ai mit l’adresse fournit je me suis retrouver à 500m en voiture de l établissement. Pour évité cela taper directement le nom de l’établissement sur grab- problème signalé à l’établissement - le chemin pour aller à l’hôtel ne paye pas mine, peu faire peur en premier à bord mais l’hôtel est bien agacé à l’intérieur

Gentillesse, aide, emplacement au top, déco, piscine, quasi tout était top

Plus de transat aurait été cool, 6 pour tous l établissement c est très léger

Franchement super ,allez y les yeux fermés, rapport qualité prix cimbattable, les chambres sont top ,l'hôtel est neuf, le personnel super accueillant, répond a toute demande.
