BAD PARKING TOO FAR FROM HOTEL AND NO SECURITY FOR VEHICLE. NO SECURITY GUARD. WE LOST OUR PHONE IN PARKING AREA AND COULD NOT FIND IT DUE TO UNAVALIBILITY OF CCTV CAMERA.

Overall, the ambience is breathtaking with remarkable comfort. The staff is very cooperative and helping . The food is very good, especially a few local local dishes. I would always love to stay here while visiting Hunza .

Location of serena altit fort is amazing. We got a really good deal from.booking.com.

We had heard a lot about the breakfast buffet at serena altit but since we were only guests there was no buffet. I wish there were some more options in breakfast other than pakistani omlette and paratha

Superb location, probably the best in Hunza. Beautiful gardens and the Fort, warm and friendly staff (which isn't a surprise in GB), super comfy rooms.
