Renovated rooms that fell like luxury resorts

We honestly didn’t like the coffee and food ,the coffee was terrible and the food was below average in the restaurant,but staff was very nice and kind

Am ajuns la proprietate pentru check in . Receptia este si bar .Nu a contat ca suntem obositi de pe drum..si ca venim de la mare distanta .Am fost intrebat ce doresc si cand am spus ca am o rezervare si numele ,doamna de la receptie ma lasat sa vorbesc singur .In final am reusit sa fiu bagat in seama si am primit cheia de la camera 30. Judecand dupa fotografii si informatiile prezentate pe Booking am crezut ca locatia are piscina inclusa in pret dar nu este asa .Trebuie platit separat in aceleasi conditii ca si cei veniti doar pentru piscine. Personalul este foarte ocupat si mi-a lasat impresia ca deranjez , probabil si din cauza aglomeratiei excesive (era weekend). In camera totul este ok. Pâna la ora 03 aproximatix a fost muzica lautareasca -manele,se auzea destul de tare si nu am putut sa adorm . In parcare ,printre masini erau persoane sub influenta alcoolului si am stat si cu grija masinii deoarece cineva a turat motorul plecand cu scrâsnet de roti . Am vrut doua zile de liniste si deconectare impreuna cu fiul meu si numai de asa ceva nu am avut parte! -Alta problema ,dupa check out,in timp ce eram in drum spre casa am primit o instiintare pe email de la Booking ca mi sa anulat rezervarea.Desi am fost cazat si am platit ! Probleme constatate: Adresa locatiei pe Booking este de fapt sediul firmei .Motel Moara Veche nu este acolo ci mai in jos pe aceiasi strada(directie) Recapitulare probleme: -Inducerea in eroare deoarece imaginile cu piscinele lasa impresia ca accesull la piscine ar fi inclus in pretul rezervarii. -Atitudinea sictirita a personalului si oarecum jignitoare pentru ca mi se pare inadmisibil sa mi se intoarca spatele in timp ce port un dialog cu doamna de la Recepția-Bar.Mai ales dupa peste 400 km parcursi la volan ..(posibil si din cauza aglomeratiei ) -Galagia produsa din sala de evenimente aflata langa camerele Motelului. -ANULAREA REZERVARII DESI AM FOST CAZAT 2 ZILE CONFORM PROGRAMARII PE BOOKING!

Aglomeratia excesiva . Comportamentul personalului cu exceptia unei singure doamne care a fost la Receptia-Bar in a doua zi de cazare . -Portia de mici arsi si care pareau facuti pe plita . -Faptul ca mi-a fost distrusa linistea la care visam . - Faptul ca trebuie platit suplimentar pentru acces piscina ,chiar daca esti cazat .Nu am mai intalnit asa . -Pretul foarte mare in raport cu ce ofeta! -Pentru aceleasi conditii am gasit cazari si la jumatate din pretul cerut de aceast motel. -Faptul ca mi-au "anulat " rezervarea chiar daca am fost cazat conform datelor din rezervare .

Chambre moderne et confortable, proximité du parc aquatique, restauration sur place avec une carte diverse.

Clean , quiet place to stay.

Need to pay extra to access the swimming pools, prices for drinks are almost double comparing with the city

The running water in the bathroom was with no pressure to be able ti wash hands or even to take a shower. I made a complain about it but was no action on it. I wasn't the only one who complained. it seems the other rooms were with no water pressure as well. The restaurant is not staffed and is set up more as a wedding hall not as a restaurant. Very bad service. The lady in the reception served us. she was doing everything, from reception to serving the restaurant where were many tables occupied waiting for the service.

The food and value for money is good, staff is good, they really try and work hard to manage all the people who come to stay and visit the pool.

the rooms are pretty small and everything is old there, not comfy. I don't even want to say anything about the bathroom. If a person is taller than 160 cm it is not suitable. I stayed here twice, the first time I was in another part of the building and it was much better, newer. So probably it depends. And it was really strange to pay extra 30 Ron for using an air conditioning (it was 35+ outside), why not just include this money into the price of the room? (we had to go back to the reception because nobody warned us about the AC)
