Khao Sok Blue Mountain

Dirty walls, unfriendly pushy staff wanting to pressure you into booking activities. I think if you are a solo-travelling female it is too far off from the main road!

Really cute place! Super nice as long as you aren’t wanting to go to Khao sok National park. It’s over an hour and an half away one way and all of the places in town charge the same price and work for the same company which isn’t too bad about $90 for two people, but if you’re looking to visit the lake in the park I’d recommend staying closer than this.

It’s pretty rugged. If you’re looking for a step above camping this is great! The staff was pretty unhelpful. I tried to ask questions about simple stuff to do around the area and they simply directed me back to all the paid tours that leave the area. I was just asking for places to eat and they couldn’t help me at all.

Good for a one night stay.

Room was full of mould, bathrooms waterproofing was just stickers. Walkway outside the rooms is load and unstable.

Really beautiful peaceful stay in khao sok, about a 15 minute walk to the Main Street. Surrounded by nature. The owner and staff were really helpful and nice and helped us book the overnight water bungalow and arranged for our bags to be dropped at the pier the day after so we could catch a flight . Would highly recommend

Lovely location tucked away in the jungle - just a 10-15 minute walk to the Main Street. Help with booking lake tours and onward travel. Beer available!

The rooms were a little small but it’s a budget stay, so not really a problem and the balcony was nice.
