Gili Asahan Eco Lodge & Restaurant

The location is stunning, the restaurant has a wonderful choice of top-quality food, the staff is very friendly and professional, the accommodation is very nice. We were very impressed with the property's efforts to rebuild the corals; they look stunning and in good health!

This is not a complaint, but a kettle and coffees/teas in the room would be a nice touch. Upon asking for it, we were helped to it immediately, thanks for that. WiFi in the room would be great.

Läget intill stranden var perfekt. Personalen är otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga. Restaurangen var mycket trevlig, fantastiskt mat. Kunde låna kajaker, sup mm gratis. Båtttransporten till och från ön var gratis. Väldigt bra service!

Fantastic staff, great service, and the rooms were excellent. There is truly nothing negative to mention. The location is perfect, right on the beach. One word describes it best: paradise.

Nothing to mention

A beautiful, quiet island — as long as you don’t end up staying next to families with lots of loud children. Friendly staff and excellent food.

They could pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. The curtains clearly haven’t been washed in a long time, nor has the grey, dusty mosquito net. The room smelled musty, and we even had a cockroach in the bed.

The food was good

The room reeked of mould to the point it was unbearable. I had booked two nights but was forced to leave after one night because the smell was overwhelming and the room felt uninhabitable. Staying any longer was not an option.
