We got there and we had been double booked, so we had to stay at the pub (the only other accommodation in this town & we didn’t get refunded the difference in cost

Shower pressure

- no bin or even a rubbish bag - No lamp - No light in new extension of room (Room 10) - Grubby - Dated - Smells - Wasps, white tip spider - Dead flies in window sill - Mould in shower - Family room overcrowded with beds leaving no floor space for 5 travellers including a toddler & had an offensive odour (Room 6) - Plug for the sink was disgusting, dusty and mouldy - Hard water stains in the shower and bathroom sink - Dust sitting on the top of the walls inside, mainly near the front entry way of number 10 - Linen did not smell fresh and was thin and stained - Nails holding up bathroom mirror - Not advised fridge not on and did not keep cold anyway

Convenient location, close to the Federal for beer and feed.

The hotel was great! So accommodating and the staff were very friendly. We have four boys staying for work and they had hot food available for them at the end of a long day when everything else was closed.

Used facilities to provide self breakfast. Good location for our needs ... ie travelling to Canberra from Sale - Vic V/G/ budget price
