My mother, who is disabled, had an accident in bed before she could get up. We let the staff know and they told us to get out. Very disappointed. Place is falling apart. They have had multiple complaints about no accessibility access for the disabled. All it would take is having some riser seats with arms for the toilets and some shower chairs to help the disabled.

Plumbing is old and hard to use in the shower. Water was reversed for hot/cold. Shower current was barely being held up. Beg opening/gap between tub and floor. Towels are old and mismatched. They couldn't even bother to clean properly, the coffee pot was stained with old coffee that easily cleaned out.

The front desk lady was rude up front with us when we first got there. After a while she finally got somewhat friendly. And my shower didn't work, I didnt change rooms cause I didn't want tonhave to deal with the person at the front desk.

Refrigerator kept rattling. Did get it to stop. Towels were small and thin. Older place.

I stayed Sunday through Tuesday. Upon arriving home Tuesday evening I went to urgent care to be treated for 13 confirmed Bedbug bites. I will be contacting the local health department to report this.
