部屋は広く清潔、お風呂も広くのんびりと入浴できました。大晦日直前に急遽予約した為夕食なしで外食したが、近場のお店は流石にお休みでした。近所にも良い店があるはず。

Spotlessly clean, located close to forest, very tranquil - spa hotel with own onsen - all traditionally Japanese, so if you want the Japanese experience, not the 'standard western hotel' experience, this is perfect. "Western-style" dinner options are limited in town, but there is a beautiful family Ramen restaurant nearby. Helpful and accommodating staff.

The hotel is clearly catering for Japanese tourists and there is little signage in English and none in other European languages. Only a few hotel staff speak some English, but they are very helpful. The hotel is about 10 min walk from the bus stop that provides a link to the major town Omachi. The hotel provides a shuttle service to the bus stop on request.
