"Good location and quiet. Poor TV experience"

Quiet location - close to a local club for dinner

TV was poor - no free to air connection and to watch anything you had to log into Google The TV isn’t connected to an aerial so you couldn’t watch free to air shows

"Disappointing"

Its a great location that we have stayed at a few times now, rooms are normally clean and well presented.

The room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke, the curtains were full of the smell making it hard to sleep and the smoke detector had been removed. We had the window fully open and the air con on and it still smelt the next morning.

The owners where trying to improve it but should employ skilled people to do this

Very run down needs lots of TLC and improvements. I would not stay again. Having stayed at so many motels and this is probably the worst I have chosen it is what it is a very budget two star stay

It's a great location which is close to the shopping centre, patrol station, restaurant and 15 minutes to traralgon. Good facilities especially the big refrigerator, smart TV and bed are very comfortable .
