掃除が行き届いている。 食事は種類豊富で、時間も長くて最高! 施設は古いけど、清潔感、サービスは最高です。

廊下ですれ違った際等の、従業員さんのあいさつがあると良いなぁと思いました。

"Great value for money"

Large room,very quiet location,great Buffet with free beer and sake at dinner,good place to stay with kids.I travelled by car and they have an hourly shuttle to/from main area which takes 5-10 minutes,that’s very helpful as parking is a nightmare in Kusatsu central area.
