Hoshi Meguri

I had the best time staying here, the whole experience felt very authentic. The room was beautiful and there were 3 private onsen baths to choose from which was amazing. My breakfast was also so delicious and the hotel owners were so welcoming and generous towards me. I couldn’t recommend more!

The owners were lovely people, very thoughtful, friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and this made it stand from out from the other ryokans and hotels we have stayed at in Japan before. The property is light, bright, clean, very close to nature and there is a fresh, soothing energy to the place that was very relaxing. It was very nice to have the baths to yourself at this cosy ryokan. Ample parking made it extremely convenient also as we arrived by rental car. We did not try the food but we hope to next time :) The mountainside view was incredible, we loved it. The room was very spacious with ensuite toilet, sink, mini fridge and reclining chair.
