El día de la reserva a las 7 de la mañana el señor me escribió a cancelar el hospedaje porque tuvo un problema con el agua. Tuve que llegar a buscar donde quedarme. No me solucionó nada y tampoco canceló la reserva, así que quedó como si la reserva se hubiera realizado pero nunca se hizo. Me pareció una falta de respeto.

No pude concretar ninguna reserva. Realice la reserva por booking y nunca recibí información del anfitrión. Me comuniqué y contestaban cada tres horas. No me dieron la información de lo que debía hacer para completar la reserva, el mismo día de la reserva, me contestaron que debía cancelar la mitad. Claramente, no iba a esperar hasta última hora para concretar mi viaje.
