The jungle nature is nice, and the big bathtub in the room.

We arrived at around 8:00 PM with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter, expecting a clean and safe room. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The room was in an unacceptable condition. The bed had visible dark stains and even lizard droppings on it, along with insects. The kettle contained bugs, the bathroom (including the bathtub) was dirty and had to be cleaned by us, and there was no hand soap. There were also used tissues placed under a cabinet to balance it, which is unhygienic and completely inappropriate. Shortly after arrival, the bathroom door locked behind us and could not be opened. Staff were unable to fix it and did not provide any immediate solution. One staff member said he would return but never did. This happened around 9:00 PM, when our young daughter needed to go to sleep. After repeated complaints, we were moved to another room — a downgrade — which was also not properly cleaned (dust, spider webs, and again no hand soap). The towels were old and grey, and when we politely asked for clean towels, we were told those were “only for VIP guests.” The next morning, the situation did not improve. The pool appeared unclean and unused, and during breakfast a cockroach crawled out from under our plates. We also had to follow up ourselves to retrieve our belongings from the locked bathroom in the original room. No apology was offered until we raised the issue again before leaving, and even then no compensation or refund was provided — despite paying approximately 1.7 million IDR for one night. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and especially the lack of basic customer service were far below acceptable standards. This was a very stressful experience for our family. I would not recommend staying here.
