Nicolene the manager and the staff are amazing. Views from the common area and restaurant are outstanding. Food is the delicious.

Safari tour guides are very knowledgeable and professional, very passionate about wild animals. very clean comfortable tents(glamping style) and great food and drink menu. Service is exceptional, and staff is very friendly.

extra charge for national park entrance was not mentioned, but is mandatory - 90 USD per person per day, and extra 50 USD per person per day is a mandatory conservancy fee because of the camp's location, and we weren't aware about it at the time of the booking.

Amazing location and great facilities.

The property is beautiful and all the staff are amazing. Esther, who helped us with all our bookings was fantastic. She was very prompt & organised, & made all arrangements seamless. Nicolene at the front desk was very warm and made all arrangements for our checkin & dinner, even though we arrived extremely late. Simon, our safari guide was amazing and tried his best to make sure we spotted a lot of wildlife. Our room attendant, Paul was great. Phillip at the restaurant provided excellent service and also took some amazing pictures for us. They also arranged a bush breakfast and a sun-downer for us, both of which were great!
