The Royal Clovelly caravan with sea views

Clean and comfortable caravan, staff very responsive and helpful. Coastal path starting almost at the doorstep. Good sized telly (didn't watch)

WiFi didn't work well in the living room, and the path towards the town was closed.

The short walk to the beach, lovely views

The deckin needs a gate so dogs cant wonder on or off. We had a dog visitor come up through thr decking entrance.

Parking could be difficult as lots of non residents use the area to park & there’s no allocated parking space for the accommodation.

Nothing, it’s was exactly what we were looking for.

This mobile unit (no.51) in Seafield Holiday park, is located within a gentle few minutes walk of shops & restaurants of Westwood Ho! Situated peacefully on the edge of the site, it has great sea views from the lounge, & from the windows in both bedrooms. It's clean, tastefully decorated throughout, and all windows open for good ventilation. Overall the caravan felt quite spacious and had ample comfortable seating & storage. The little ensuite toilet was a good surprise. The shower was compact, but worked well. The lounge opens out onto the deck, and was just perfect for watching the sunset.

For self catering you need to bring everything with you, there's no condiments, no welcome pack of tea or coffee. You need to bring all towels, including hand towels, tea towels, dishwashing equipment, cleaning equipment, hairdryer & toiletries etc. The need to bring towels and dishwashing utensils is mentioned in the arrival message, but easily missed, and in my experience of self catering units, quite unusual. For the price, I would have expected it to be better equipped.
