Location,Clean,Bed comfortable

Bathroom sink in living area.The triple room we were allocated to was too cramped and the only seating was 2 wooden chairs. We booked a double room and the pictures showed clearly a double bed plus a sofa/couch.As seniors we always look to book a room with a couch. What we were allocated was clearly not what we booked. When we alerted the manager,although pleasant,advised us there was nothing he could do even though he agreed with our proof of order and double room pictures. Sadly we have learned a big lesson in this instance as reading reviews what happened to us is not unusual.
