Villas Yagoda and Malina were one of my favorite places to go for a relaxing day or two. With their unique location in the middle of the woods it has always been a place a loved to stay over. The best thing for me has always been the sauna houses.

Oh well, my last Visit in Yagoda huts with Sauna was about 9 years ago, until my recent visit on 17.05.2026 and I am afraid it will be my last. There is not a single improvement in the sauna house for 9 years, the most basic things for a sauna are not even provided in the house - no hairdryer for a mountain location with a sauna is an instant sickness, no slippers to add cold feet to your already cold head, there are two PLUSH bathrobes, which do not absorb anything after you come out of the sauna, but this is not the highlight. After we spent 3 hours heating the sauna we got a whole colony of the biggest ants in the world (see pictures), unfortunately it was already 8pm by the time we got the sauna heated, so there was no option to switch rooms and wait till 11pm to do another one, so we just took it on the chin and had a sauna with 2000+ ants. It is a bit outside of the season, so I was not expecting the restaurant to be at its fines, but it was way under expectations. We had to return the Camembert twice to get properly heated, the Snejanka and Katuk salads were bitter as if they are about to go bad, the lutenica felt as if its made with canned tomato juice, the chicken hearts were over-salted and just plane. They keep pushing you their home-made bread which is 9 euro for 400 grams. Absolutely insane. The only positive thing was that the waiter did not have enough cash to return change, so she actually made us a discount! There are few improvements around the area, such as pathways and BBQ pits around the houses, which I do not remember from back in the days, but when you charge 150 euro per night for house, I don't care that there is a asphalt pathway, while the shower in the house has the same shower head as it had 9 years ago.

Единственото хубаво нещо беше гората, за съжаление всичко в бунгалата е изоставено и старо.

Старо, изоставено , не подържано , цените в ресторанта са като за Монако :) ......Предоставиха стар диван не ставащ за спане при наличие на много други свободни бунгала. Помолих за бунгало със слънчева веранда, отговора беше "не може , ние вече сме ви подготвили бунгало" . Спа зоната им не работеше, извършваха се ремонти, работниците си подсвиркаха с колите и вдигаха шум по обяд без да се съобразяват със почиващите хора. Едната вечер ресторанта не работеше и трябваше да си закупим храната от обяд и да се яде студена вечерта в бунгало за уж 4 човека на счупен диван за двама и табуретка, а четвъртия човек нямаше къде да седне. Мравки на всчкъде в бунгалото дори и в банята. Не бих повторила за тази сума, дори и подарък да е неудобството е много по голямо от красотата на гората. Погледнахме и бунгалата Малина , бяха още по зле , малки , миризливи и стари.

Бяхме запазили за 6 човека, имаше 4 стола и малка кръгла маса.
