It was a cheap rent by the hour dive,(it had signs that stated this at the check in desk). The desk clerk was rude and acted like she was ashamed to be there. The other customers were homeless people and prostitutes. The room was small, had no closet and had holes in the bed spread. The room was overlooking the railroad track and the trains were loud as they passed by. The area had no restaurants, was dirty and had homeless people and drug addicts hanging out nearby. The hotel felt dirty and unsafe. It never should have been listed with Booking.com. Ten minutes after checking into the room we made a reservation with another hotel and left this disaster behind. I want my money back.

There was no breakfast and the location was in Brooklyn, but on a busy dirty street.

The facilities were dirty and smelly.

Check in and check out times. The bed was very comfortable.

Desk staff were rude, the room door didn't close properly. You could tell that it had been pried open at some point. The ac/heater didn't regulate the temperature, it just kept running until you turned it off. All of the linens were threadbare with multiple holes.

The rugs didn’t smell and look so dirty like other motels

No refrigerator or microwave in the room and it doesn’t except Apple Pay

Nothing really location was okay

A hotel is dirty and they allow people to smoke in the room so room smell like smoke have junkies hanging in the lobby
