Biz tesisi açıklamalarda 24 saat resepsiyon yazdığı için tercih ettik. Ama tesise gece ikide gittiğimizde hiçbir ışık ve resepsiyonda kimse yoktu. Bizim mağdurler küçük çocuğumuzla o zaman neden açıklamaya resepsiyon 24 saat açık yazıyorsunuz. Tekrar para verip başka bir yerde konaklamak zorunda kaldık . Telefonla aradığımızda kapalıyız ne yapalım diye bir cümle duyduk. Hiç hoş değildi.
