On your web site you stated that I booked the last room available we were the only guest staying there not happy

Convenient location.

The hot water service broke, and we could not shower during our stay.

very dated/ limited facilities / unwelcoming check in staff - spent first few minutes telling me all these things not to do eg shine car lights next door / poor hot water / old towels

Nothing, would never recommend this to people we don't like

There was only 2 stations that worked on the TV, no milk in the fridge for morning coffee/ tea. The toilet door didn't shut , by the time hot water for the shower came on I had already finished my shower.all these rules considering the room was not well presented.

Reading the other reviews I was worried about what to expect but the stay was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend for somewhere to stay on the road. Good shower pressure and all the amenities ( microwave, fridge, pots, plates etc) you could need. Decor is dated but comfortable and clean. The rules other people complained about were very fair and reasonable and are just about basic respect for neighbours and other guests.

Air Conditioning noisy & very old right next to bed.

Surprisingly bed was comfortable enough. Check in staff was nice but had to read the rules first before room keys handed over. Found out later there is a new motel in town. The female owner was very busy and I give her credit that’s she’s a hard worker. Whilst we were there she was doing laundry, then watering plants and next thing up a ladder pruning.

Too many rules everywhere with $$ penalties. Very old motel, box aircon very noisy, we didn’t have ours on as the neighbouring room with theirs on was loud enough!!! Dusty in upper areas, smoke alarm very dirty. No milk in fridge, no shampoo etc. Towels thin and scratchy. Toilet had a list of 18 items not to be put down loo. Electric jug... rules even microwave labelled do not remove cover??? Who does that??? Neighbour next to motel obviously had made complaints about the cars... lights. noise and so forth. Fair enough but I have found the majority of guests are very considerate of others.
