The Heritage Inn

The Hotel is within walking distance of Washington Ave. and close to beach entrances. The hotel was well kept and the room was comfortable. The only drawback of staying here is there is no elevator to the upper rooms. We have manage this in previous visits but it could be a challenge for older guests.

Great location. Good air conditioning in the room. Room was clean and well maintained.

Parking could be a problem when the property is full. Pretty far from the parking lot if you have a lot of luggage. Spots in front that were labeled “drop off” were occupied most of the time so they were not available for luggage drop off.

The location was across the street from the beach/boardwalk.

The room smelled a bit of mildew and the upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of elephants.

Property was clean , well maintained and very close to to the beach and wonderful restaurants

Room was comfortable but mattress was soft and seemed worn.

Our room was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was also excellent and the person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

Our only complaint was that the room was a little noisy- we could hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as street traffic. It wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again, but we did notice the noise on occasion.

The location was awesome, right next to the beach. The room, itself, was clean and spacious.
