Location

There was no Air Conditioning, very warm at night

The location was great, easy walking to many restaurants and shopping.

The pillows were not comfortable and we were not able to open the front windows.

Location was great, rooms were spotless.

Great staff

Extremely noisy location with bars taverns

The same was a great experience at the Heritage. The staff was a pleasure to work with. We definitely plan on returning to this property.

At this point there was nothing that we disliked with our stay.

Proximity to beach and it had a pool!

Lid on toilet seat was loose and came off a few times, was going to report it when leaving, but office was closed. Also had trouble using door key constantly. Night manager used WD40, worked for a while, but then we had trouble, maid helped us out one time.

Location was great,

We were in room 24, and the only slight comment i have, is the door knob could be changed as its very rough to get the key in and then get the knob turned. Understand the why this happens with the ocean air.

It was OK. If there had been any availability I would have happily paid $20 or $25 more a night (or even $30) for some of the other places we have stayed that were VERY close by.

The layout of the hotel was not optimal. Small things like only chairs no tables on balcony. I also had to ask other guests where I could wash off sand and where the ice machine was. They were OK but did not quite make it to a solid “good”
