Nice and clean , modern , good facilities, pillows were so comfy , lovely balcony which was excellent having a dog . Lovely gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival

Parking was good but for this caravan was under trees,birds were very busy.8

The caravan was exceptionally maintained and upon arrival staff had left complementary tea, coffee and biscuits which was a lovely touch. It’s the first caravan I’ve stayed in that wasn’t completely freezing, the heating system was amazing.

There were no faults whatsoever!

The location is lovely. It is a fantastic caravan but since we last stayed the cleanliness and facilities has gone down which is sad to see. For example the scatter cushions covers on the sofa were very dirty and the upholstery itself needs cleaning. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable but no hairdryer?? The showers need servicing as water flow stopped after 5 mins. In the kitchen I couldn’t find a jug or bowl suitable to cook porridge in the microwave:( Also some of the pans were very dirty. Finally sticky toddler sized hand prints on the patio doors! Yuk! All of these things can be remedied by a good maintenance overhaul and improved cleaning routines.

The caravan was so comfy the bed was comfy slept like a baby

The accommodation was really comfortable and we were able to relax when we had been out all day.

There was nothing to dislike. The home was clean and homely. There was everything we would want.

The lodge was great,with everything that we needed.Great location.We will definitely come back.☺️
