La ubicación pero es totalmente entendible por el tipo de hotel, al final del día quedarse allí para muchos es ir al Tayrona.

L'atenció des del principi perquè poguessim arribar bé, la situació tot i haver d'arribar amb moto és un paratge increïble, i el menjar una delícia!! Una experiència que val molt la pena.

Pasamos una excelente estadía en Serrano Lodge. La atención de Paulo y Brunela realmente fue excelente. Le hemos hecho muchísimas consultas y siempre se mostraron con una excelente predisposición. El lugar es muy bonito y tiene un ambiente hermoso. La relación precio-calidad es muy muy buena. Muy buen desayuno incluido y ofrecen servicio de cena (riquísima) a precios razonables. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

Serrano Lodge is an absolute gem! An amazing place in the middle of nature, incredibly tranquil, and the best stay we had while travelling in Colombia. Breakfast was a highlight: we watched hummingbirds and butterflies while eating, surrounded by jungle sounds. The hosts were amazing, exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming, and they gave us plenty of helpful recommendations for visiting Tayrona National Park and exploring the area. They also helped us organise transport every day (including arranging moto taxis), which made everything so easy. The food was outstanding, everything was home-cooked with so much care, and we genuinely felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The lodge itself is charming. Our hut was very comfortable, and falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle every night was unforgettable. As a bonus, we also made friends with the two dogs that live on the property. I already miss this place and would come back in a heartbeat.

Es un lugar agradable, rodeado de naturaleza y muy aseado. Los propietarios brindan una excelente atención.

El acceso para vehículos es un poco complicado, pero recomiendan un parqueadero sobre la vía.

Falta iluminación para ir del restaurante a la habitación

La struttura ha un’atmosfera super rilassata e davvero rigenerante. Il luogo è molto bello, immerso nella natura e ben tenuto. I ragazzi che la gestiscono sono sempre disponibili e attenti a farti stare bene, pronti a darti consigli preziosi sui luoghi meno battuti da visitare nella zona, alcuni raggiungibili a piedi e altri con i mezzi (bus o moto-taxi). Il Parco Tayrona è facilmente raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo, ma ci sono anche molti altri luoghi che meritano una visita e Paulo saprà indicarteli con grande competenza e con tutti i consigli del caso.

Miejsce jest piękne w niesamowitym otoczeniu przyrody, a właściciele bardzo przyjaźni i pomocni. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, zarówno śniadania jak i kolacje bardzo nam smakowały. Domowe psy i koty były super przyjazne.

The owners of the lodge where super friendly and we felt welcome immediately. We enjoyed our own room with a big balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was fantastic and delicious. We where able to store our luggage in our room while we spent one night in the National Park, which was very helpful for us. The owners are very helpful when it comes to arranging transportation.

The location is a 25 minute walk from the bus station with many uphill sections. It's a hard walk but on the other hand it was very quiet and in the middle of the nature. Still worth it!
