Food is incredible and installations as well.

The duvet is too warm for summer months and then the air conditioning was on the floor so we could not sleep with it. It was a shame because we didn’t get a good night of sleep because of this, but this was the only thing that didn’t went well.

Excellent experience staying at a traditional Japanese inn. The staff were exceptional, the grounds were beautiful and quiet, and the private house with the onsen bath was lovely.

Beautiful ryokan just above Higashiyama with friendly staff, gorgeous rooms and lovely views overlooking Kanazawa. Dinner was tasty and the breakfast was very nice too, served in a room with garden views. Very charming!

The AC was very loud (but very efficient in the heat) but if one slept with earplugs it was fine.

Pulizia estrema, alloggio da sogno. Un viaggio in una cultura che si basa sul rispetto del prossimo! Peccato essere stata solo una notte.

Everything about this ryokan was impeccable. The staff were very hospitable. The ryokan was spacious with a beautiful view of the city. The garden area was relaxing to walk through. The private onsen in the room was also beautiful. We included dinner and breakfast and both meals were truly highlights of our stay in Japan.

It has a traditional charm and clean. Staffs are nice and great service. Food was also very good.

The door was not locked from outside.
