Perfect location, friendly staff

location was good.

there were insects in the room and the finishing was also poor

The staff here make the trip amazing. Shout out to all the amazing team in the garden and bar. Nothing is too much trouble, although the long haired fellow in the reception out front is rude! Rooms are basic, but you will mostly be treated like a king if you stay here.

They need to do maintenance, AC and fan weren't working properly. Door wasn't getting locked

The location was great and the food was lovely

There were no mosquito nets over the beds so prepare to be eaten alive by bugs and ants (they were everywhere!), no toilet role at all, but my main concern was the checkout!!! I have never seen anything like it in my life, they refused to take our card payment even though it clearly states on the booking confirmation that they accept card, after going back and forth for a while they persistently said we need to draw cash from an atm machine, they gave us a motorbike to get to the next town on where the atm machine was, the bike had no helmets and dodgey brakes, we went off to attempt to find the atm and got pulled over by the police for not wearing helmets (the staff would have obviously known the police do checks in the area and didn’t bother to warn us), we got fined 1000 Rupees, we then went back to the hotel with no cash and eventually after an hour and 40 minutes of messing around they allowed us to pay on card, they had a machine the whole time!! They then added an extra 200 Rupees on to our bill as an extra fee. I DO NOT recommend this hotel I have NEVER had so much drama trying to check out in my life it ruined our time there
