Unable to find a fault, and couldn't have asked more out of the onsite staff. We wrote our car off during the trip and they gave us a lift to get a rental car from the nearest town. You won't find better people.

The ad doesn't do the location or staff justice.

"Nice short break"

8.0

We chose this location as close enough to the starting point to climb Scafell Pike. It was easy to find. The caravan was open for us on our arrival. Spacious living area/kitchen with all necessities provided. Eco friendly washing up liquid and toilet paper which was a nice change.

Property only provides towels on request at an extra cost. Single bed too short for a person that is 175cm tall. Would add a little bin in both toilets. Tv did not work as signal was not the best.

"Brilliant stay, looking forward to staying again!"

Lovely farm and campsite, great if you have little ones. We loved the sheep and the donkeys. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a very well equipped kitchen. It is a little bit of a drive from the main Lake District sites, however it was great for us as we wanted to avoid the crowds and be more secluded. Still tons to do in the local area.

The heating may need looking at, as we only managed to have it off, or on full blast, which meant that it was either a bit cold or extremely hot, however we generally had no other issues.
