kominka neri（古民家煉り）

The staff are super friendly and explained everything in details really well. And the place had everything we needed.

Lovely cabin with very friendly staff. Pickup service offered from Sasaguri Station was very convenient and appreciated as the location is a bit out of the way. The beds were very comfortable and the in-suite onsen was so lovely (although very very hot at first but you can add cold water - give it 5 to 10 minutes depending on your heat tolerance).

We had opted to have the traditional meal at the restaurant and it was a bit chilly out and the walking path is less than direct. Under good weather conditions this is probably very agreeable and a nice little walk. We walked quickly to heat up in our yukatas and hanten jackets! Also, for the food, the presentation and quality were exquisite, however there were quite a few textures some "Westerners" might have a hard time with (jelly, cartilage, etc.). Just a little heads up.

Employees are very nice, the hotel is very clean, and the food is very good. However, I did not request an aisle room; I requested an inside room and information about dinner.

The room was so neat and nice. It was more than I expected. I could enjoy the hot spring up close when I wanted it, and the dinner and breakfast were excellent. I felt good throughout the trip because the staff were very kind.

Everything was excellent! The room was clean and spacious. Dinner and breakfast were delicious . All the staff were so kind and always tried their best to keep us happy . Thank you for making our stay a memorable one .

Would love to have a regular size chairs in the room. It’s tough to sit on low rider Japanese seats for an American 😀

We had a wonderful stay. It’s very spacious, well decorated, private onsen in the bathroom is amazing. The staff is friendly. We really appreciated the kaiseki dinner. Everything was perfect
