location of Kitchen ,downstairs looks and feels like a lobby ,meet a few new strangers who thought we were reception. no doorbell downstairs or signage at villa entry. breakfast times were to late, needs to be earlier then 8:30-9am daily. staff maybe need to split there shifts to make this happen? more linen supply for towels was an issue. need signs for guests to put up when room needs cleaning or do not disturb.

Great pool with a huge bed, which was super comfy. Staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Close to a circle K for snacks and cheap coffee, which was useful in the mornings. Also 10 min walk from the beach. Overall great value for money.

Private pool isn't very private as neighbours can see into the pool section. Construction going on next door was super loud and the labourers could see from the site straight into our outdoor bathroom, we don't mind but those of you that don't want to be seen showering should keep this in mind.

We arrived to Bali elephants boutique villa with a reservation for one of the bungalows. When we arrived they told us the hotel was fully booked out and that they will move us to another hotel. The room we got in the new hotel was not a bungalow. It was a small double bedroom on the third floor with no lift. The pool in the new hotel was a children’s pool and not the pool we had booked originally judging by the photos. But they insisted the room was the same standard to that we had booked. The common area between our room and the other guests was not the cleanest (we even saw toe nails left on the edge of the pool that nobody was cleaning). The breakfast service was abysmal. Never on time. We asked for 08.30am and it came after 09.00am. When we complained about how late the breakfast was the next day they brought it 40-30 minutes earlier when we were still sleeping. So they woke us up! This happened every morning. From the 7 nights we were there, it was on time only twice. We messaged the staff during our stay to complain about the situation and they didn’t reply.

Very nice ambience and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and the staff were really lovely. The pool was nice. They let me check out late.

The shower was broken so I had to hold the shower head. The drinking water provided was hot as there's no cooler and it sits out in the heat. There was what looked like green bird poo on in the bathroom sink and on top of the toilet seat it made me feel sick but I cleaned it off myself because I didn't want to seem like I was complaining too much because when I got there they had no WiFi and it's in the middle of no where so they were trying to fix it whilst I unpacked and they came and told me it was fixed and logged me in my phone. It still wasn't working so I came out looking for someone for a while abd no one was around as they are based at another property across the road. They didnt tell me where they would be so i was calling out for a while and looking everywhere. Once they finally came over They tried to fix it but couldn't so I was kindly moved to their other property down the street which was a much better room except for the broken shower and the bird poo or whatever it was. But it took me about an hour to check in because of this as I had to pack everything up and move locations. It's in a back alley down in the back streets and I walked to the main road at night and it felt very eerie and 2 dogs were barking at me and followed me the whole way like they were ready to attack. They were probably just protecting their properties from strangers which I understand but it wasn't a pleasant experience and that 6 minute walk was pretty scary on my own.
