Excellent location,great for dog walking,golf was good,good bar and food.Cabin was spacious cosy

It suited us well close to Melrose for the book festival. We had a game of golf on a very nice course and a lovely trip to Jedburgh.

We liked the layout and decor which we thought was very tasteful and comfortable, there was everything we could want available and it was pet friendly. The hosts should be congratulated for providing such a lovely holiday home.

Due to the inclement weather we stayed in the cabin for long periods and I found the seating a bit firm but that's just me nitpicking. Otherwise the stay was very relaxing.

Caravan was nice and situated in a nice part of the park with a nice outlook.

The couch for some reason was very uncomfortable so only had small bucket chairs to sit on and although the van was well equipped the few items we did use (frying pan and some plates ) were imo needing replaced as were very worn and stained.

Absolutely lovely cabin. Very clean, well equipped and extremely helpful hosts giving clear directions to the cabin before our stay and a lovely little welcome basket on our arrival :) everything was modern and the heating system was great, heating up the cabin straight away and easy to use (again, with clear instructions sent from our host) 😊 we will definitely be returning at some point 😊
