Very special experience for glamping, able to accommodate our special request for meal, very friendly staff, big portion of food, very good view, relaxing environment from the resort. You need a car to reach there.

The food and service were exceptional. It was really great to have some prepared food and some to cook ourselves. All fresh and delicious. Good location with beautiful views. Very relaxing and loved some of the smaller activities available. Room was the perfect size and great setup for the views and with bathroom and eating area.

No complaints! S’mores provided with bon fire would have been great but not necessary. Maybe having some card or games to rent from the main building could have been great! But games in room were still fun.

for kids and elder person the bath room is too small. staff say cruiser rides has 5 routes, but its actually 5 laps, same route.

The property is perfect. But there should be some improvement to help avoid insects when at night time the light is on. We are suffering from a lot of insects come in when we need to go out to the bathroom. It was too many of them and it becomes very scaring.

Worth every penny! Been to a few places and this is by far our best stay yet. The view was phenomenal. The food was amazing. Quite an experience! We love that we get to have camp fire in the cold night and watch the night sky. Morning, there was a pond with ducks there. They sell logs if you'd like to stay longer by the campfire. Get them! You can always return them if you didnt use them. Staff communicate well in english. - need a car to reach there - Get extra set of pj because the bbq will stink your clothes. - dont miss the beautiful sunset! - kids can feed the sheep at 100yen for each set of carrots - the place is just 7mins away from the african safari by car. Drive into the safari and watch the animals.

You cannot get extra pillows/towels. You'd either need a local number to call the reception or drive over to the reception if you need anything. We worked ard by asking them to come by in another hour in case we needed more food but the food was more than enough for us. No wifi- which worked in our favour as we got to take in as much as we could in the beautiful landscape. There are some bugs ard but we were totally ok with it. Our young kids got used to them in no time too.

Very scenic location, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Suitable for family bonding activities as there is no wifi in the glamping tent (but there is wifi at reception area). The glamping tents are located a distance apart, so there is privacy. Recommended to choose the half board package as the self-cooking process is great for family bonding, the food provided is fresh and ample for the whole family! Our kids love the outdoor area of the tent as well as the small petting animal area. The bonfire after dinner is a very special experience for the family. The glamping tent is spacious and clean, had all necessities we needed. We also love the outdoor bath, very beautiful scenery there! Highly recommended to stay here and ise it as a base if you are visiting the Kyushu Natural Animal Park (African Safari). It helps that the staff can communicate in English too, thank you for making our stay a memorable and comfortable one!

The temperature of shower water is not consistent, but we realised that if you turn on the shower at almost full volume, the temperature of water is more consistent.
