Triyana Resort and Glamping Carangsari Bali

The overall glamping experience/vibe was great. The pool tent is a great option for relaxing for those wanting a bit more space. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The facilities and tents are a bit run down. There is no restaurant onsite and limited options nearby. We went into ubud (about a 40min drive) for dinner. You get 3 options for breakfast but those options were pretty good. The tents are aging poorly - exterior needs a decent clean and the tent “window” has become opaque with age (see pics). Bathroom has a bit of an algae problem and cleanliness was just okay. There is a busy road nearby and a loud religious ceremony that plays music late into the night which kept my partner awake for most of the night.

What we booked and what we got were not the same. Bookingcom verbiage very misleading for this resort. Staff accommodated us but we had to pay extra fee we paid for 4 nights and stayed 1. Sent issue to booking.com but no response or accountability

The staff were good. The bathroom so spacious it's bigger than the bedroom

The hotel doesn't have restaurant so it's very difficult to find the food. It's because of the design and the roof so you can't stay in the room on the sunny day (around 10am to 4pm) it will be very very very hot although with the full aircon

Rooms were super private. Staff was really helpful and always keen to help
