Zarezerwowałam pokój wieczorem i zapłaciłam. Następnego dnia rano okazało się, że miałam niespodziewane nieszczęśliwe zdarzenie. Nocleg miał odbyć sie za dwa dni. Pomimo z rezygnacji z noclegu w godzinach porannych nie otrzymałam zwrotu pieniędzy. Dla mnie to ewidentnie brak empatii i zasłanianie się przepisami. Niestety nie polecam tego obiektu.
