Caravan very old fashioned and leaked when it rained

Booked this car an for 9 people 5 Adults 4 Kids. It only got a double bed, 4 single beds. Property welcomed us with a foul smell and slugs in bed rooms and bathroom. Kitchen had hair everywhere with food particles sticking to the scrub. Microwave, kettle and toaster are just unimaginable. Beds are just not fit to sleep and smell was disgusting. We could just not sleep. My 6 year old son and 7 year old nephew had sneezed all night and got rashes all over for just sleeping for few hours. Bathroom has mould every where and the used toilet tissues left on the floor back of the washbasin. Toilet seat is broken and dark brown liquid flowing out of it. The shower cabin floor is squeaky and you feel like it can go down anytime. Nothing about the property is acceptable and not suitable for humans to live. The sofas were comfortable not like most static caravans

Exceptional atmosphere. We made our own breakfast in the caravan. We had all the utensils available in the caravan to make our own meals. Amazing facilities. The location is so convenient in such a way that a traveler could use both the town facilities and the beach facilities. We all loved it.

Told us about a repaired leak but the floor outside the bedrooms was still very wet. Bedding was damp and pillows had mould on them. Whole caravan was pretty shoddy and had very basic equipment. Not impressed.

Location to club house and entrance/exit. A lovely little town with lift to the sea a 10 minute walk away.

Mould in the shower, floor feels like it's going to go through at any moment in different parts of the caravan. For what I paid I expected a quality caravan. The double bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.

Caravan was located very well to travel to lots of places of interest. Good flexibility in booking. Vendor was easy to contact.

Some cutlery and cooking items were left dirty (presumably previous tenants). Caravan is a little tired and in need of maintenance (door latch, window seals, damaged wallpaper), but still suitable for summer living.
