"Not a calm desert experience"

The bed was comfortable. They took the effort to decorate our room as it was our honeymoon. Which we appreciated. Dinner was really nice, especially the kofte and maqluba.

After diner, there was a loud party untill 22.30, the sound really took away from the desert experience. So if you are looking for a calm night of enjoying the stars, I would not recommend. We couldn't enjoy the calm rest we were hoping for and had a bad view of the stars because of their harsh lights. The tour was also very barebones, no explanation just bringing you places where the other cars were. The breakfast was disappointing. Definitely in comparison to diner. Limited items and of lesser quality.

"Amazing Stay! I enjoyed it a lot!"

The staff was amazing. They remembered us from a previous visit, they were very accommodating. They coordinated the daily trips for us.

They forgot about the sunrise trip we booked so we missed it. But they were sorry and apologized and offered to make it up for us.

"Bad"

they took 35 JD for 2 hours jeep tour but we got 1 hour, then they was very rude when I talked to them about this issue and they did nothing about it.
