Rooms are not clean

This is my second stay and booked with booking.com. my first stay was perfect. The location is great.

They gave me the wrong room even though I requested it before my arrival. their team said there is an issue between booking.com and their website. But due to my first good experience, I referred my friends, who booked directly with their website. They faced a worse experience than me. Fortunately they didn't have to pay additionally. In the end because of their ignorance I had to pay a huge amount. Fortunately booking.com helped.me to get out after long process.

The view of the mountains was extremely beautiful, the pool and playing area is superb. Our children enjoyed a lot. The kitchen & amenities are great. You will get all the utensils you need in the kitchen.

The bed was uncomfortable. They joined two separated single bed to make one double bed, that was uncomfortable.

The location is amazing, very very beautiful mountain sight, very green as it expected of Switzerland. Rooms, kitchen, bathroom and swimming pool are super clean and hygienic which is what we love. very close to two cable-cabin line reaching top of the mountain. just 5 minutes ( drive ) to super market ( Coop ) and half an hour to artistic Vaduz city in Lichtenstein I can say more !

Pillows and blankets are not comfortable and very warm for summer, the cover sheets are very noisy. bed and matrass are ok Public area is completely dark during the evening and night so that we were not able to find our path the first night we arrived and had to use our mobile flash light. that makes rooms light also more attractive for mosquitos because they have not that light outside and have to come inside and drink some blood of us !
