"I have stayed here quite a few times before and was very disappointed in how we treated."

We weren’t offered any milk at reception and there was none in the room. We were told the restaurant would be closing at 8.30 but when we got we were informed that the restaurant was closed but they did agree to cook us some dinner but was then told that the bar was closing. I was embarrassed as I had a friend from Wales with me and he was not very impressed at all with our treatment.

We had to pay for the breakfast as stated in menu. No electric blanket on one bed, dirty toaster, two large disgusting old worn chairs, poor lighting over where plates and baggage stand was. Tv up so high you got a sore neck watching it. Parking allocation unclear. Staff very casual, but pleasant

"Overall pretty good"

The waitress was amazing especially since she was on her own.

The TV's!!! Not user friendly at all especially elderly people would struggle with it.
