Hausboot in der Lagune im einem Nationalpark - das kann nicht mehr übertroffen werden. Personal war sehr hilfreich und immer erreichbar.

Ausstattung der Küche entspricht nicht dem Standard, es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können (Badezimmer, Laden in der Küche)

The location was absolutely superb. The staff were helpful and friendly and didn't mind ferrying us between the dock and the boat whenever we requested a transfer. The price was fair. I loved that we were supplied with a bag of wood and firelighters each day. Even though the lagoon water was cold, it was warm enough to swim, and we had a lovely day swimming and sunbathing at the lagoon beach.

The house-boat feels slightly tired and needs a bit of TLC, for example some cupboard doors were loose or skew and the shower was in poor condition. All the walls and doors in the houseboat could do with a thorough cleaning - having said that; the linen and bedding was spotless and comfortable.

The location is fabulous, the boat is rustic but comfortable with everything you need for a good relax and water based holiday

I suggest sea sick tablets if it’s windy as there is a lot more movement than expected

The service was horrible, the rooms where very dirty and the toilets stunk up the whole place, there was no soap and no coffee on board?, I know it's self catering but that's ridiculous? So you only find out about this when you're already on board... then you're stuck there! It's overpriced and it under delivered.

The house boat wasnt clean. The price for what you get is a joke. The fact that gas for the heater is an extra R400.

Location was amazing and the staff were great.

It's not well maintained. You have rusted nails on the chairs on the balcony. You have one plate on the stove that works. We ran out of gas for stove after one day arrived. The igniter for the stove does not work. And the lighter left is empty. Prices offered are not the same as advertised on various places.
