I didnt get to even go let alobe stay where I PAID FOR bc the taxi i reserved through this app never showed and the hotel did not answer any of my calls or emails to determine if i should call another cab separately and if the room was still available. Nor did i recieve a return call or email from their their missed list .

I like we had peace in the room to move around and check in was easy at first

I was told a upon arrival that my reservation was indeed correct but they were have issues with my card, but I shown the night staff where in my bank statements it was in fact paid in advance but he wasn't seeing it according to his records .So we didn't get to enjoy our full stay I paid for, I gerenal manger was extremely rude and unfriendly

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Check‑in took over an hour twice, even though the reservation was already confirmed. Getting a room key that actually worked was a whole ordeal—multiple trips back and forth—only for the key to stop working again. After booking an additional night, the key situation STILL wasn’t resolved. In the end, Swetha had to use her own master key just to let a disabled guest into his room. I also confirmed a 12:30 PM late check‑out at the very first check‑in. Two agents approved it. Yet the daytime staff was banging on the door before 11 AM, refusing to stop until I told them to call the employees who documented the late check‑out. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Then came the third night. Swetha called saying I needed to come pay an extra $6 that supposedly wasn’t collected—though I paid the exact Booking.com rate I reserved. She then came knocking on the door again over THEIR mistake. To this moment, I still don’t know what that charge was even for. To top it off, the TV never worked the entire stay. Do not stay here. The disorganization, constant interruptions, and lack of basic functioning amenities made this one of the most stressful hotel experiences imaginable... EVERY CUSTOMER had the same DOOR KEY ISSUES. Poor crippled ppl having to walk back-and-forth up and down stairs TRYING to get keys that open their doors. SMH Terrible experience.

Had to go to hotel next door the bugs were so bad in the rooms.

Not much to do around the area had to go to the next town over. The room was terrible the floors when you walked on them certain spots would sink down . Most motels/hotels have soap, shampoo, lotion, tissues etc this one didnt there were no ice bucket or coffee pot. Very highly do not ever recommend this place to anyone!!!
